I made an over 4 minute long video expressing my….. thoughts about this warmer. It takes entirely TOO LONG to warm up the wax. Not sure why the light indicators constantly turn on and off. You have to turn the dial halfway before the light comes on. And if you turn it all the way up to melt the wax and turn the dial back down it just too much to find the “right spot” I have an Amazon wax machine that works perfectly. I was really excited about these machines (I ordered 3). The 15 is our grand opening but I ordered these machines…I have no words.
