Refund policy

Return Policy

  • We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

  • Returned products must be in new, unused condition.

  • For hygiene and product safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or opened items.

  • Returns are not accepted after 30 days from purchase.

  • We do not process product exchanges.

  • Products purchased from other retailers or distributors are not eligible for return. Only items purchased directly from www.blackcoralwax.com qualify.

Processing Fee

  • All approved returns are subject to a 10% processing fee.

  • This fee covers inspection, restocking, and payment processing costs.

  • The fee is deducted from the refund amount.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the tracking number for reference.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email hello@blackcoralwax.com with your order number to request a return.

  2. Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  3. Ship the product to the return address provided by our team.

Refund Timeline

  • Please allow 1–2 weeks after receipt of your return for inspection and processing.

  • Once processed, refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear on your original payment method (depending on your payment provider).

  • You will receive an email notification when your refund has been issued.

Warranty Claim

  • Black Coral Wax products are covered by a 90-day limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.

  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.

  • To submit a warranty claim, contact hello@blackcoralwax.com. Our customer service team will respond within two business days with next steps.
