I reach out to customer service twice to resolve the issue and they said they aren’t willing to replace any of the bags, but they will give me a discount to purchase more wax. Why would I do that when it’s a risk to receive yet another unusable bag of wax and lose more money. It is disappointing as I have been a customer for over 3 years now and never made once made complaint and the one time I do no resolution other than to spend more money. I have had slightly melted wax before, however I was able to still use it. This time it’s melted to the thinner plastic of the 5lb bags so much so that I couldn’t get it to release or “unstick.” Even if the plastic was able to be removed it’s melted in such a large awkward chunk that it will not fit into my wax warmer.
